Senior Sales Executive

Sipree is seeking an experienced business focused sales professional with proven success selling new technology, ideally financial/payment oriented solutions into enterprise level companies. You will use your extensive experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors, and employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Sipree as a better approach to their existing payment processes. Further, you will help develop customers into key references for Sipree. This individual will lead their own strategic account targeting and engagement process, therefore they must be able to gather an understanding of the customer’s payment processes and pain points, and position the benefits of the Sipree service platform to motivate adoption.

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new opportunities within target verticals.
  • Identify and develop strategies to engage decision making contacts at the senior executive and director levels within account list
  • Achieve quota for new contract signings and revenue plans
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including involvement of other company resources and partners, throughout the sales cycle, while creating and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Help develop and refine go to market strategy, materials, and demonstrations
  • Choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of customer requirements and needs.
  • Utilize tools and report territory pipeline and forecast information accurately and on a timely basis
  • Serve as active liaison between the market, customer prospects, and Sipree product development team
  • Own the customer relationship during the sales cycle. Partner with account team to maintain position as trusted advisor throughout a client program's lifecycle

Required Skills and Desired Experience:

  • 7+ year sales experience, with verified success selling enterprise-class solutions, ideally payment, financial or operation improvement oriented
  • Consistent and proven record of quota achievement
  • Success in “solution selling” and delivering multi-year client engagements and contract management
  • Proven ability to properly qualify opportunities to maximize an efficient sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated client relationship management experience (VP level and above)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Internal drive with passion and high energy; an aggressive self-starter w/ a great attitude and focus
  • Strong business acumen   
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High standard of excellence, professionalism, and role model behavior
  • Adaptability – Ability to change objectives quickly when necessary in ever-evolving, fast paced industry and organization
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales funnel tracking tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business, management, technology, supply management, or supply chain
