Sales Development Representative

About the role:

This job is perfect for candidates with enterprise sales and solution selling background at a software or services company. This is a hunter-gatherer’s dream with the world’s best named accounts, partners to leverage in engagements and lots of latitude to do value based selling. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is capable of unpacking a problem, and is willing to learn and grow with the team. This is strategic missionary selling with the comp OTE to match.

  • Reaching out to new prospects
  • Lead generation activities including strategic research and cold calling and emailing
  • Qualify and sell current and new clients 
  • Sales funnel management and ownership, setting up meetings
  • Collaborating with Account Executives, handing off qualified prospects
  • Educate AEs on the complete details of the opportunities.
  • Build relationships with decision makers and key executives in all verticals
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time


  • 2+ years experience in enterprise sales
  • Strong performer with a thirst for success and unphased by rejection
  • Outstanding communication skills, being a greater speaker and more importantly a good listener
  • Strong ability to empathize with customers.
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Sales and business minded, target driven
  • Understanding of and ability to explain complex technology
  • Knowledge of the payments industry, cloud service platforms, ERPs a plus
